outside of the trailer is in good shape, has a few small dents. The inside
is clean and and in good shape with the Birch wood having a nice color.
There are some original light fixtures. The stove and refrigerator are
missing. The floor is solid and has new linoleum. The front widows have
been recently replaced. It has been towed and has new tires.
